Flat Roofing

There are various ways to insulate and waterproof flat roofs. Whether it is a small extension roof or a major retail development roof, we have the expertise to offer the best solution using one of the following systems.

3 Layer felt fully bonded
Torch applied felt
Mastic asphalt
Cold applied liquid
Fully adhered/mechanical fixed single ply membrane
Inverted/Green roof solutions.

The systems above require different types of insulation to suit the relevant application, whether it be a metal, concrete or timber roof construction. We also offer bespoke Tapered roofing systems which are designed in house for new roofs and also for refurbishment where ponding has been an issue, the systems mentioned above also apply for Tapered roofs.

Cladding Systems

Twin skin is an established but still very popular system using Cladding Roll Insulation built in to a metal walled system. These systems can be installed in all types of non-residential buildings, predominately large warehousing units/offices.

These systems generally consist of an internal metal profile sheet, vapour control layer, fiberous insulation quilt and an external facing profile sheet. Rainscreen Cladding is a much more modern system uses various insulation products which are specifically designed to meet the high demands of a Rainscreen Cladding System. These systems usually involve the insulation being fixed to the external face of a masonry wall or installed to the external side of a light weight frame which is usually called a Curtain Wall System.
